Sow Welfare Society is a non-governmental, non-profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. It began its journey in 2014 with a comprehensive adult literacy program, born out of concern for widespread poverty, illiteracy, and spiritual neglect among marginalized communities.

SOW is currently implementing socio-spiritual development programs in 20+ cities across 3 provinces in Pakistan – including Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), with a particular focus on brick kiln communities.

You can volunteer with SOW across several fields of service:

• Educational Assistance & Youth Mentorship — literacy camps, academic tutoring, and mentoring children
• Vocational Training & Livelihood Support — teaching sewing, technical crafts, or business skills to women and widows
• Frontline Relief & Crisis Response — field deployment, logistics, and emergency aid distribution
• Operational Support & Technical Stewardship — offering expertise in media, data tracking, or administrative logistics
